Feloinain rework is stopping.  The inspiration to work on Black Chaos spawned by Supernatural rewatchings is in full on revolt and ready to beat my head in if I don't work on the damn story.  Characters, world, and world lore are going to get a major overhaul.

I'll, ah, post more on that later.  Right now, I've got more Winchester watching to do.

...I had a whole rant about what I wanted to do with Black Chaos and accidentally sent the page backwards.  So...now its all gone.

As I have a headache, I'm going to go take some ibuprofen and have myself a nap instead.

I have hit a stumped spot in the lastest chapter of Feloinain.  My dear main character should be having a conversation with a pirate captain right now but NO!  Gah.  So I'm slowly making my way through the story and rereading and fixing a few mishaps.  Hopefully that'll help me figure out just what the heck is going on.

A little thing I wrote 'cause I wanted to play with the boys AKA the Trio AKA Poe, Shawn, and Gabriel.  'Cause Poe is the voice of reason with a mild temper, Shawn is a usually drunk fire-slinger, and Gabe...well, Gabe's almost entirely off his rocker.

Fun.  In barrels.

( Poe ground his teeth together, going over his mantra of 'you are descended from great things, be nice' in his head that always started up when he was tempted to hurt something. So instead of smacking Shawn's head across the bar, he reached over him and placed two fingers of each hand on the man's temples. )

Had BC go up on review in my Fiction Writing class.  Got some good suggestions from the group and the guy that was there going for an open position in the creative writing department at teh college.  He suggested I sit down and focus on one character at a time, writing out everything on them that I knew and then continuing on from there ( Read more... )

Colored versions of the main and supporting characters of Black Chaos!  Or...at least those that I've drawn so far.  There's a group of young magic practitioners begging to be drawn and a few more that I don't even know of yet that are already at it.

Is it bad when characters you haven't even created yet are begging to be drawn?
